Strapping machine
SMA
The main function of the SMA is to strap bundles of square and round profiles. The SMA can be equipped with different types of strapping heads. As an option the machine can be equipped with a tag marking system.

Operation
As a bundle arrives at the strapping position, the strap has already been fed through the strap guides, and the Strapping Machine is ready to strap. The Strapping Unit is lowered towards the bundle while simultaneously stretching the strap around the bundle. A final stretch is made and the Strapping Unit performs the seal, cuts the strap, and then returns to its initial position. The bundle can then be conveyed and the Strapping Machine prepares for the next strapping operation.

Tag marking system
The SMA can be equipped with a tag marking system which applies a tag to the strap containing data about your bundle. The data can be customized to your specific needs.
Next generation Accumulator
The machine can be configured with our next generation accumulator which is faster, safer and more ergonomic.
